The nubax: the revolutionary device to relieve back pain

Do you have back pain? Are you experiencing spinal pain? Are you fed up with painkillers, anti-inflammatories and other painkillers? Say goodbye to back pain with NUBAX. This decompression machine will treat your back pain smoothly, progressively and without medical treatment.

Where does Nubax come from?

Canada, far ahead of the game, had developed a decompression machine used by physiotherapists, called the neuro-vertebral decompression table. Decompression is achieved with the aid of a pelvic harness.

Physiotherapists in the United States use this machine, which is still very expensive (around $5,000 for 3 months at 2 sessions a week). Today's alternative could be the nubax. It was invented in the USA in the 80s and has been arriving in France for some years now. Accessible to all, you can use it on your own to relieve vertebral or lower back pain.

What is Nubax used for?

Did you know that your back is put to the test every day by the various compressive forces? Whether you are sitting or standing, your spine and back muscles are under constant strain. It is therefore not surprising that many back pains occur, such as muscle spasms, pain in the spine (spinal canal stenosis) and in the lower limbs, or low back pain of muscular or joint origin.

Nubax

Fortunately, Nubax is there to relieve the pain. Nubax is used to relieve herniated, pinched or worn discs, so you'll need to decompress the discs in your spine. Back problems can have far-reaching physical and mental consequences.

And yes, the pain can take its toll on your morale. Spinal decompression is a recognized method of relieving such pain. Whether you have scoliosis, sciatica, muscle spasms, disc disease or a herniated disc, as mentioned above, the nubax relieves the pressure on the vertebrae by decompressing the nerves inside.

This spinal decompression aerates the discs, allowing them to swell and regenerate, thus relieving pain. Nubax allows your intervertebral discs to correct themselves and return to their natural shape. You'll be able to return to your previous posture. As the muscles and vertebrae are stretched, back tension is reduced.

Free from this back influence, you feel a relaxation of the body and positive effects on the mind.

In addition to its very effective action on spinal pain, Nubax improves the alignment of the spine. By straightening the vertebrae, it restores your entire back to a proper position. The Nubax can be a major asset in the improvement of pain related to scoliosis for example. It is ideal for quick daily use.

You will notice a gain in flexibility over the course of the sessions. It is also very effective in preventing the reduction in height caused by spinal compression and dehydration of the discs. You can also use it to rest your back for a while. Nubax supports it comfortably. But it is possible to do physical activity with this revolutionary and effective machine.

How to use Nubax

The Nubax allows you to perform back stretching exercises to optimize the flexibility of your muscles back pain. But how does this popular physiotherapist's machine work? It's simple: place your knees on the floor: I recommend a small cushion. Suspend yourself on the Nubax, and let your body lean forward to start the session.

Don't go all at once, but step by step. You'll be supported by a belt, so you're safe. You're comfortably seated to create a distracting force that gradually relaxes your back.

This deep stretch lets you control the intensity of the stretch. So you don't risk hurting yourself. You go at your own pace, respecting your body's needs. You can easily test the Nubax at home.

In the comfort of your own home, you can organize your sessions as you wish. Take the time to experience the benefits of spinal decompression and muscle stretching. As you wish, you can stretch your back with complete peace of mind. You can enjoy the benefits of Nubax whenever you like. In the comfort of your own home, Nubax helps you feel good again.

How many Nubax sessions should I do?

Personally, I use it between 2 and 3 sessions a day.

Once in the morning and once in the evening for about 5 minutes. And I sometimes use it after a workout.

With the Nubax, 2 sessions of 3 minutes a day are enough to obtain benefits. If you have it at home and it helps relieve your pain, it can be used whenever you feel the need.

Nubax helps you to effectively relieve your chronic back pain by stretching of the back. In some cases of lumbar disc herniation, it allows you to avoid surgery by decompressing your spinal discs.

Very easy to use, it is within everyone's reach. On the Nubax, your body is suspended over a pivot point. Once installed, you benefit from a distraction force exerted on your entire back. The back is stretched in a firm but controlled manner.

My Nubax review

My personal feeling and opinion about the Nubax.

"I've been working out for over 22 years and have had two herniated discs since childhood. The fact that I've always been muscular has enabled me to postpone surgery, since my back was supported by deep muscles, which in a way relieved my spine. Persistent pain and recurrent lumbago after the age of 34, and still not wanting to undergo surgery, I adapted my training and tried neuro-vertebral decompression, which was very expensive indeed.

Then I discovered Nubax. I've been using it for over 4 years now, and it gives me great relief provided I do 2 or 3 sessions every day. It decompresses the spine, which relieves back pain. Thanks to this machine, I've been able to continue training and doing sport."

Julien QUAGLIERINI,

If your pain does not disappear after a few weeks of use, I advise you to go and see an osteopath or other doctors who will be able to guide you in the best way for your back problems. To know the causes of the back pain, an X-ray, scanner and MRI will be essential to determine the best treatment for your case.

  1. Hello, Julien,

I just wanted to thank you for your article "Nubax, what is it?"

It is thanks to him that I discovered and bought the Nubax. And after 5 weeks of use, it is a real revolution for me. I am much more relaxed and my back pain has decreased considerably.

I also wanted to share this news on the Internet and I have just published a full article.......

Thank you very much for your help

    Sincerely
    Jeremy

  2. Hello, Julien,

I'm on this page and a question is bothering me when I see your video. I thought that crunches, sit-ups and leg raises were not recommended when you have a hernia. So, is it still possible to do them like you do in this video?

    Sincerely
    Fred

    1. Hello Fred,
      Each person is different.
Depending on where the hernia is located, certain exercises should be avoided. If you have pain when doing them, it is better to avoid doing them. I don't have any problems with these exercises if I'm careful.
It is up to you to look for exercises that cause you pain so that you don't do them anymore. Very often the pain is not during the exercise but the next day.
      Good sportsmanship,
      Julien

  3. in all the videos on the nubax nobody explains how to adjust the strap, there are several holes how to adjust it?.depending on the size..weight..degree of stretch..thank you for enlightening me

    1. It's up to you to adjust it according to your size and where you want to stretch in particular. I just suggest you try different positions and see which one works best for you.
