Whether you're new to bodybuilding or a seasoned athlete, this information will help you to better understand our offerings and choose the one that best suits your needs.

The site does not sell programs to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a service from the site.

FAQ - EBOOKS PROGRAMS

1) Who are these E-books for bodybuilding aimed at?

Our E-books are designed for men and women who want to progress independently in bodybuilding, whatever their goal. Each program is targeted and its detailed description is available on our website. A quiz is available to help you choose the right program. Some programs are more comprehensive than others, and you should read the description beforehand to find out what they contain.

2) How will I receive my E-book program?

After reading the description, choosing your program and validating your order, you will receive your invoice and a summary of your order by e-mail. This contains a download link, enabling you to access your training and/or nutritional program (download valid on your Smartphone, tablet or PC, depending on your choice).

Once the download links have been clicked and therefore the digital file order(s) have been downloaded on any medium whatsoever, they are deemed to be firm and final and may not give rise to any exchange or refund in accordance with the GTC and the law of digital books.

3) I train at home, what equipment do I need?

The majority of the digital programs on offer are for indoor use, with 90 % of bench, bar and dumbbell equipment. Alternatives are possible if the equipment isn't available, and some programs include a version suitable for home training. It's up to you to find an alternative exercise if you don't have the required equipment. Some programs include a bonus home gym edition for training at home. 4) In the diet, should we count proteins from rice or other proteins?

When you start a nutritional program, you have to count everything in the calorie calculation, and nothing goes to waste. As a result, you need to be rigorous about your calculations. Whether you want to gain muscle mass, lose fat...

5) Can I change the order of my workouts? 

Sessions can be rearranged according to your availability. However, frequent absences can have an impact on your progress, which is likely to take longer. The same applies if you don't stick to your diet calculations.

6) Is there a guide for dietary supplements in digital programs?

Our programs include detailed recommendations on dietary supplements, but their use is not essential to achieving your goals. A certain brand is recommended, but it's up to you to choose the one that suits you best.

7) How do I transfer from the Physics Pro MASS Program to SHREDZ and vice versa?

You can switch from the Physics Pro MASS at Physics Pro SHREDZ without delay. On the other hand, for the reverse, it is strongly advised to make a reverse diet before starting to build mass.

8) I have a problem and I do not receive the download link or my invoice, what should I do?

If you do not receive the download link or invoice, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@julienquaglierini.com. You can also use the site chat if you are in an office time slot.

9) How long will I have access to my program?

Access to your program is unlimited (available for life) as long as you have downloaded it and saved it on your smartphone. Remember to recalculate your caloric needs if you start it again later.

10) What is the difference between an E-book program and a fully personalized coaching?

E-books offer a detailed approach to independent progress in PDF format, while personalized coaching offers absolutely customized follow-up, adapted to your lifestyle and equipment, your pathologies, your age and many other parameters. The latter means you don't have to waste any time, and if you have a busy schedule due to work, family or other commitments, this is the ideal alternative to benefit from coaching with Julien. Coaching is by application only, in view of the large number of requests. You can apply for coahcing here

11) I don't know which program to choose, what should I do?

Use the quiz to identify the program that's right for you. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact us via chat or by phone. email. Julien and his team will get back to you as soon as possible.

FAQ PERSONALIZED COACHING AND FOLLOW-UP

1) Who is this personalized coaching and follow-up for? 

Coaching is aimed at anyone wishing to receive tailor-made support for various objectives: muscle gain, weight loss, preparation for a competition, etc. Coaching is by application only, to ensure the seriousness of the request, and also depends on the number of places available.

2) I just want a food plan, is it possible?

It is possible to request a meal plan only, with or without follow-up3-month follow-up is the most effective way to make progress. However, we do not offer training plans on their own.

3) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by STRIPE (i.e. credit card) and PAYPAL. Our pages respect the SSL protocol for the security of your data, which is not stored and processed directly by the bank's servers.
