How can I get huge thighs without doing squats?
Who said squatting was mandatory to build huge thighs? The squat is often considered the king of bodybuilding exercises for building overall muscle mass and building leg muscles. It is true that it is a very effective exercise that should be part of your strength training program if you have the right morphology and you do not have pathologies and back problems such as pinched or herniated discs.
Otherwise, even with a good technique, it is possible to injure yourself, especially at the level of the spine or the knee joint, and consequently you should prefer better exercises that are just as effective for building up your thighs and buttocks without hurting yourself.
