    As far as the program is concerned, it's just huge (like all your programs by the way), it's very intense, after each session I feel like throwing up so much it's intense, and there are sessions where I'm forced to take a little more rest time than on the program because it's so intense

    Until I start the classic beast I took before the lockdown, the zero gym is perfect for me to maintain the physique I currently have.

    First of all, thank you Julien for this complete program 🤗 it helps me to motivate myself to do a daily session with varied exercises and for the whole body without materials. Usually I just do muscle strengthening, abs (with wheel), pull ups and push ups.

    I'm on week 2!!! I'm having a hard time getting through all the exercises on the hiit!!!
    Also I'm having a hard time feeling the work on the reverse pumps!!!
    Going to failure on the 3 series happens very quickly surely the lack of training!!!

    Once again, thank you, I love the rhythm you have set in this program. It's motivating, considering the situation

    I find that some exercises like the rowing with a door frame or the double slam push-ups are not suitable for everyone because for the rowing all the door frames are not the same and do not allow an optimal grip and for the double slam push-ups it is not very simple for beginners.

    But in the end very good program, almost nothing to say bravo

    Very good program without equipment. I still think that you need a minimum of strength training background to understand the exercises and their execution. This is not a problem for me as I have been practicing for 5 years now.

    If we do the exercises as you show us in the videos and if we concentrate on the contraction, the feeling is there. I even learned new movements that I didn't know existed!

    Thank you for this program which I highly recommend at this time of year!

    It's been exactly 5 days since I started the zeogym program and I find it really good. I've just finished a 3-month coaching program (I lost 15 kilos) and I was looking for a program to continue in order to gain weight.     With a healthy diet following Julien's advice, managing the marcos,... and analyzing each video related to the daily program exercises beforehand (besides I think it's great for the correct executions!)     Thank you for your videos and for this program. Unfortunately it is only suitable for seasoned bodybuilding fans but it is not feasible for an intermediate level person. The exercises are of an expert athlete level. Even in the weight room, the confirmed videos are at an ultra beginner level compared to yours.
    (keep cool). You are a master in your field and very few people can follow you.
    It's a pity because the exercises are very innovative.
    Perhaps a more "simplistic" video would have been better for the Sunday jock, or should I say confinement jock. But maybe it's also aimed at body builders who want to make a career out of it, in which case my comment is irrelevant.
    My opinion is in no way a criticism, you have the merit of sharing your knowledge.

    All this to say that you are very sympathetic to me (and bravo to madam because accompanying a body builder in his career is really not easy, need a lot of patience and understanding) and very serious in your advice and your words without headache within the reach of the quidam.

    Your channel has made me want to go back on a diet like in the good old days (yes, I'm approaching 50 and I don't know how to be or have been .

    And when I see the videos in the store, I remember shopping and reading the labels for hours...

    I'll stop talking about myself and give my opinion on the program

    After downloading, sweating and completing the "Zero Gym" program, I wanted to give feedback.

    First of all, thank you for making this program freely available, which I think has been for many a breath of fresh air and a chance to use their free time to achieve new goals. Personally, I took advantage of this period of confinement to start a dry run. The "Zero Gym" program came at the right time. Because of the intensity of the sessions (work at failure) and the cardio sessions (HIIT), the program allowed me to meet my objectives of maintaining muscle mass and losing weight. For that, thank you again. I enjoyed following this program as much by the intensity of the sessions as by the diversity of the exercises proposed (some of which I didn't know). Moreover, it is very likely that I will include some of the exercises in my program.

    That being said, I would also like to make a few comments/observations about the "Zero Gym" program. Indeed, I found that sometimes, the sequence of sessions was hard and could cause pain. For example, in each session of the program, the shoulders are solicited and by dint of working them to failure, I personally experienced pain. So maybe we should consider 1 or 2 days of rest after intensive work on a muscle group.

    The second thing that bothered me was the length of the sessions. Some are 1 hour or more. But it is especially the number of repetitions of the circuit which is tiresome (sometimes more than 6 times).

    But, apart from these points, I am satisfied with the program. I continue to follow your news and thank you for sharing your passion for bodybuilding. I appreciate your humility and your advice. After having acquired your "mass gain" program, I am thinking of owning your "dry" program...

    I'm in my 5th week of your ZERO GYM program and I only have 1 word to tell you what I think: TOPISSIME!!!!
    I've tried a lot of programs on the Internet or Apps and none of them have given me such satisfaction! I love the intensity of the programs and the diversity of the exercises, so Bravo to you for designing it so well!
