    Hello, Julien,
    I'm back to give you the results of the program that ends today. I managed to lose fat but not as much as I thought but it's my fault with the cheatmeal that I didn't manage well at all but despite everything I still lost fat and weight. You have helped me learn a lot about nutrition, I'm happy to have gone through you for all this. I admit that the end was very hard for me, I was very tired, I had a drop in motivation and I was quite irritable but I knew that it was temporary and that afterwards everything would return to normal.

    I've been following you for a few years now and I love your videos.
    I learned a lot but I had to go further (with the bikini program) because I still had a lot of gaps in terms of nutrition, as far as training is concerned I don't really have any worries.
    The program is very well explained, I really like the fact that you are autonomous in making your food plan, I don't really have any questions because everything is well explained as I said.
    I've been on it for a week now and I've lost 3 kg.

    Well suited for girls. Accessible even to beginners.
    It gives a lot of information about feeding and how to calculate macros.

    I received your email but unfortunately I didn't follow the program to the end with a lot of problems with covid etc...

    Otherwise the program is top I will start it again after the summer because at the moment I am preparing for the challenge of the Mont Ventoux in June in cyclo so the dry with 100 km outings by bike is not top lol.
