    Hello, Julien,
    Yes, it's a great program for arm muscles, which I'm sure will be great for young people, but I'm 65 years old and I'm not looking to impress the girls anymore. I'll try to do your program at my own pace to avoid muscle loss, especially since I'm not a great athlete and I'm not strong by nature.
    As my doctor says, do sports to maintain and avoid rapid aging of the body but at your own pace.
    On the other hand, some exercises will be changed (with elastic in replacement or other form of exercise) because I practice at home and thus not the material available in a gym, but
    This is not a problem because when I watch all the exercises, I try to combine them as closely as possible to the program.

    Hello, I am following the program for arm work.
    Great I have a lot of new exercises covered whether it's for biceps or triceps this program is really huge.
    It's really complete to do these sessions and varied exercises in each workout, I recommend it if you want a complete program and varied your exercises.

    Yes, I am very satisfied with your program for the moment. I am currently in the second part (6th week) and I have very good sensations during the sessions, especially in my triceps! (they are on fire every time).
    In terms of progress, yes, I have seen an evolution especially in terms of load, I put more weight than at the beginning and I am more resistant.
    I think I have gained arms but I must admit that I did not measure my arm circumference. One thing is sure, your program is effective and has allowed me to discover real feelings in my arms!

    I'm answering your email to give you my opinion on your book arm huge. I had good results and a good feeling so that's why I give you a grade of 5/5. I don't know how many cm of arm circumference I took because I forgot to measure but in the ice it shows a little. I attach 2 before and 2 after pictures.

    Hello,

    I actually bought this program but first tested and implemented the ones for shoulders, pecs and back.

    All in all, excellent sensations - not at ease with the deadlift but let's move on - some visible results - I'll compare with the photos taken at the start of the program, even if it means sending them off.

    The sequence of exercises is fairly fluid, focusing on one area or allowing it to recover; it's quite congestion-inducing. I give these programs a temporary 4.5.

    The idea was to test on one group that was lagging behind - deltoids, especially the frontal portion - and two others that were visible, to prove to my mind that it worked, and then put the emphasis on the arms and pick up on that of the legs acquired last year. As the arms are indirectly solicited...
