    I have to buy the Classic legacies at its release, I'm at the 3ieme month of the program, I already took 6 cm of thigh circumference, but with shapely thighs and draw today, a program to follow to the letter if you want to take, however it is a very tiring program but with the desire and determination we arrive to everything!     A very high quality program, very intensive I think, not necessarily suitable for beginners
    I have found the feeling of well congested gambles. I have progressed and learned a lot thanks to this program. I've learned a lot from this program and I'm very happy with the way I've approached the exercises, which is really different from what I've seen before.
    I saw my thighs transform by focusing on 2 days
    A little problem if the room is not well equipped, not enough spare exercises

    From what I've seen I'd give this program a top 5 especially with my back problems
    For the moment I am on the Classic Beast a killer program but had to stop it because of the closure of the weight rooms

    I can't wait to start it again, but when I do, I'll start at the beginning of the program where I left off

    Hello, I followed the program which is quite difficult and I did not succeed in my objective having a very big delay on the thighs + confinement...I just wanted to specify that this program is not made for the beginners
    I've decided to start over as soon as my room reopens

    My feeling is very good, a change of training and therefore of feeling.
    The results are good and I've picked up a bit of cane.

    Your programs are great and I've rediscovered the pleasure of training my legs. Especially at home, it's not easy, it's not like in the gym, but I've got one hell of a mental attitude.
    At 62, I still get the same pleasure as I did at 25, with the occasional fur on top.
