Preparing my meals for weight gain + guest posing
In this Vlog Muscu video, I show you my diet for bodybuilding and how I prepare my meals for muscle gain. I started a new diet a few weeks ago, based solely on solid foods - no more whey and protein powders for the time being!
On the menu: turkey, chicken, red meat, salmon, white fish and, of course, basmati rice, sweet potatoes, bananas, apples and a few green vegetables to get my daily fibre intake.
Not forgetting the essential dietary supplements including multi-vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D3, magnesium, probiotics, omega 3, joint support (joint and tendon). I then take you with me to a bodybuilding and fitness competition, the NPC Ultimate Grand Prix in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for which I'm invited to take part in the NPC fashion show in the company of other IFBB PROs.
