In this video Vlog muscu, I am back in Montpellier the city where I did most of my studies in STAPS and sports state certificates and I present you my typical bodybuilding session that I usually do during the holidays or after a period of prolonged stop. The Fullbody is ideal for beginners in bodybuilding but it can be very useful even for advanced practitioners especially if you don't have the possibility to do more than 3 to 4 sessions per week or if you need to recover and decrease the intensity of your sessions for a given period of time while continuing to build muscle and stay in good health.
