Dumbbell of the future : You never saw that !

Have you ever seen a dumbbell?

In this video in Las Vegas, I went to work out at the famous gym where I go every year: the City Athletic Club

Let me introduce you to the Superleague Arena, a gym in the form of an arena for a competition in which super-humans compete against each other: deadlift, squat, bench press and other basic movements.
There are very particular weights in the shape of cannonballs specially made by the owner of the hall, there are also weight discs in the shape of car rims.
Next, I present a shoulder workout with my best exercises using those famous weights of the future as well as weights and discs.

You will discover dumbbells in the shape of a ball that you have never seen before. They are not only original, super aesthetic and especially practical. You could say that they are cannonballs.

When you hold them in your hand, they feel like something out of a movie. The weight is evenly distributed in the arms for all the exercises. A handle on the inside of the ball for a full grip.

these dumbbells exist only in the United States and these weights were designed specifically for an American federation called the Super League. The manager of the gym explained the concept to me. A concept that mixes athletic strength and other bodybuilding practices. It is the performance that is judged this time and not the physical.
