    Hi Julien, I'm writing to you to give you my opinion on your personalized diet plan. To begin with, I'm on the 3rd week of the program and I'm already starting to see the effects. I've gained 800g and I'm starting to draw myself for it. As far as your diet plan is concerned, so the menu over a week, everything suits me really well, the plan is really well detailed, as well as the food and the supplements. The last point is that you are really reactive to the question even for the silly questions 😀. So in conclusion I think I really made the right choice by choosing your weight training program and your diet plan the only regret is not to have taken the diet follow up but a bit too expensive for me for now I just have to save up to take it next time for my dry.

    After 4 weeks

    Result of my review last Saturday!

    I am 3 kg lighter (on an empty stomach)
    2.4 % of lost fat (to harpenden clamp)
    7 cm less waistline...

    That's basically what it's all about!
    This diet suits me perfectly because it has foods that I like to eat. My calculated sheat is respected, I'm at 3⃣ liters of water minimum per day, I do my running 2-3 times a week (5 km) without putting myself in the red, 3 workouts at the barracks or in my man gym!
    Because of my busy schedule, on Sundays I prepare all my dishes for the week! Saving time...

    First of all, I realized one essential thing. It is that a food program built, calculated and personalized according to my tastes etc. really makes a difference! I don't eat by feel anymore and I find that it is much better.

    To be honest, I had a hard time keeping a strict diet. I would often repeat the same pattern, that is to say that I would stick to the diet for 3 weeks and then I would totally crack. In the long run I would always put it off until the next week and in the end I never went back on the diet at all.
    All this to say that I am really satisfied with the program that you made for me because on the one hand, there is variety in the meals throughout the week and on the other hand, the cheat meal really allows me to start a new week without being psychologically frustrated.

    I rate you 5/5. I give you my sincere and neutral opinion about the program and it's not because I'm telling it to you that I give you the maximum. If it was bad I would have told you my point of view objectively, but this is not at all the case on the contrary!

    Anyway, I really needed that "guideline" and I think in a few months I'll get a training program to make it complete.

    I started to adopt the diet and it took me some time, the quantities for me were at the beginning too important especially for breakfast but I managed to find tricks to ingest all that. The diet made me realize a lot of things, especially that I could eat well without necessarily putting fatty foods or side dishes in too large quantities, telling myself that they were superfluous calories. By counting my calories, I quickly picked up those bad habits. I still have a hard time getting a lot of protein and meeting my daily quota and managing the cheats. Nevertheless, I have lost a few pounds in almost 1 month of drying, which is great!

    Hi Julien,
    The diet plan that you sent me on November 8th and that I started to apply a week later allowed me to lose 3kg despite some deviations (drunken evening, restaurant) but I tried to correct these deviations by adding cardio or by reducing the calories the following day. I have experienced a period of stagnation in my weight loss but I will try to be more regular on the cardio (I am in the pro shredz physical program week 5 to 8).

    But I would say that this program has taught me to better distribute my calories in a general way, to succeed in ingesting enough protein without feeling like I'm gorging myself (sometimes difficult to follow macros), the advantage is also that it does not mark a food routine although it is easier to prepare to eat the same thing every day.

    As far as the grade is concerned, I would give it a 4/5 because it is adapted to the foods we like and brings results (when you start seriously with -3kg in 2 weeks...).

    The diet plan allowed me to see that I was actually consuming too many calories.
    I had balanced meals but too much of them.
    I eliminated the cheese and bread as planned in the diet without much difficulty.
    I manage to weigh all the food at each meal, it's the constraining side at the end I was afraid, but my wife helps me a lot.

    In a little over two weeks I lost 3kg and apparently 1 percent body fat according to my Impedance scale.

    Following a technical problem, I answer late to this mail because it was in my SPAM. So I apologize for this late reply.

    I started the diet on Monday, January 3, I will also answer the questions you ask.

    - What did this custom plan bring you?

    First of all, it saved me a lot of time because everything is indicated, whether it is the quantity or the macros, everything is there, no need to take out the phone to look at each calorie.
    Except if I miss an ingredient, I go on Myfitnesspal and I compare to modify a product of the meal not to exceed or miss at the level of the macros.

    It also helped me to enjoy each meal of the day, throughout the week because it is never the same in the day. Before this program, it was always the same snacks, the meals varied very little or were the same for 3/4 days before changing to another type of meal for 3/4 days.

    - If you realized some of the mistakes you could make in the past?

    Mistakes indeed there were, like not always weighing, or taking too much of one thing and not enough of another, example I always weighed my raw rice and so 200g of rice weighed raw it's an astronomical quantity, not easy to eat.
    On the diet plan you made, it is weighed cooked and the quantity increases or decreases according to the lunch or dinner.

    - Your score out of 5

    I think the program deserves a 5, because everything is there. Some recipes are explained, macros are indicated for each meal, it's very simple to follow.

    If there was a negative point, it may have come from me not having indicated it when I filled out the questionnaire such as avoiding products that are too expensive so that the shopping cart doesn't go over the top because I have a child who is on his child's diet 😄 ( I'll be sure to point it out if I'm a dry with you) .

    - And your personal opinion on the plan

    My personal opinion on the plan, I think I have detailed a little bit everything in the previous sentences, I hope it will be enough.
    The only thing that I could not appreciate on the plan and on a particular meal are the 400g of sweet potato sometimes that makes a lot in one go I would have perhaps preferred half sweet potato half other carbohydrate.

    It's been 4 weeks since I started and I've already lost 4.3kg
    I have less belly and above all what counts is that I am not hungry on the side. Beyond slimming down, your diet gives a framework and a food discipline that is healthy.

    The only small complaint (but I think it's on purpose too) is that eating chicken can be a little too repetitive over the week. Nevertheless, overall I am very satisfied!

    So I'm continuing your diet hoping to go down even further while maintaining a good pace of sport with three sessions plus cardio behind it (your video on cardio is very useful)

    And to answer more precisely: this plan brought me to better manage but Macro nutrients especially carbohydrates which in the past was very low in my diets, which earned me a big loss of muscle mass!

    I now have better muscle quality with a 3 kg weight loss.
    I must admit that I had a few gaps on the weekend as well.

    To answer your question, here is a two-point feedback on the program:

    - Food: I am very happy with the diet plan you suggested! I saw the quick and convenient contribution of the oatmeal shakes. The only "downside" is that I would have appreciated it if you had added more of your protein waffle, pancake and pancake recipes 😉

    - Sport: I really liked the exercises proposed. It breaks the routines! Especially thanks to the intensification techniques on an exercise. What is more difficult, is to realize exercises in superset (or sometimes it is necessary that a machine + a bench is available what is complicated according to the hours to the room...but in my case that goes since I train early in the morning 😉

    But overall it's a good 5/5 for all the advices you give in this program but also on your networks!

    First of all, I wanted to apologize for the delay in answering you

    The first week was the hardest because I was hungry and I often had parties with friends where there were sweets.
    But I have adapted, I find less caloric alternatives to what I already like to eat.
    The plan has given me better eating habits such as eating more eggs and incorporating vegetables in as many meals as possible. I miss my cheese🥲.

    The mistakes I noticed were the size of my portions. They were motivated by greed, especially when it came to pasta (Lasagna...according to me in another life I was Garfield).

    So far I have only done the nutrition plan the first week of August.
    My first impression after one week is that it allowed me to rebalance my diet, especially in terms of carbohydrates and fats.

    My diet is going well, I'm starting my 5th week, having taken a one week vacation break, while paying attention to my diet (7 days of reasoned cheat day 😉 )
    so finally 3 weeks of real diet to date...weight-wise I lost about 5kg and I feel that I've slimmed down (I didn't redo the skin fold measurement), respecting almost to the letter the Food Plan, so rather encouraging.

    First of all, I realized that my meals and my daily calorie intake were not at all adequate; I was eating far too little. Since I've started, I'm finally gaining weight, and the thing that amazes me most is that I'm losing body fat despite the weight gain.     From a personal point of view, this customized plan (as well as the training) made me realize the mistakes I made until now and therefore why I was not progressing and I sincerely thank you for the quality of your work.

    Yes, totally, and today my mistakes are much less frequent than before due to the program and the custom plan. I understand better the importance of macros as well as the management of cheatmeal.

    Why settle for a score out of 5? When you can put a 10/10 without hesitation !!!!!!

    To be totally transparent with you, my personal opinion on the plan is more than positive, it's been 4 weeks since I started and as far as I'm concerned it's going very well. However, I want to be honest with you, for reasons of convenience I had to "adapt" the plan according to the situation:

    I've found that I can enjoy myself on a mass-building diet and eat a variety of foods without gaining too much body fat.

    - Did you realize some of the mistakes you could make in the past?

    I'll answer the question below at the same time. The diet worked very well for me. It boosted my body's ability to put on weight, and I climbed to almost 90 kg. However, that was my mistake. Feeling of heaviness, reappearance of knee pain (both operated on), appearance of pain with bench press movements, etc. In short, at nearly 40 and with past sports injuries, I don't think this is the right path for me. I felt much better when I was 77 kg last autumn.

    I'm now at 91.5kg, so I've lost 5kg in 8 weeks.
    I'm on a 1800kcal diet with carb cycling. I've just bought the reverse diet, I'll have to study that.

    Hello, Julien and the team, thank you for this follow-up. First of all, the diet at around 2100 calories was a bit tough but I lost weight very quickly, so I was happy, but after a few days I realized that my arms, torso and leg circumferences were dropping. So I used your calorie calculator to adjust my weight to around 2,500 calories, decreasing by a hundred calories each week. As a result, I'm still losing weight and my measurements are stabilizing. I've also divided up my meals and snacks optimally to avoid cravings, I make sure I get a good intake of carbohydrates before my session but I don't load up my stomach.
    Improved performance I'm enjoying it more and more as I improve my quality of execution and load control.

    I realized that I had neglected carbohydrates too much in the past, the amount and order of absorption, the difference is striking.
    My mark out of 5 I'd say 5, because it's enabled me to take a closer look at nutrition (I've discovered prozis, it's really practical) and to optimize my sessions, I'm able to manage my appetite better, I must say I devour the videos on your channel as well as the articles on your site.

    My personal opinion on the plan is that once you've understood its benefits, it's formidable, but for my part I had to listen to my body so as not to be too brutal. I'm not too hungry even though I do physical work, I get up around 5 a.m. I commute 120 km/day to work and I have four children, so I walk about 10 km/day... I started on April 18 at 98 kg and over 30% of body fat, and on June 6 I'm at 90.5 kg and 19.69 of body fat.

    For the photos this week I'm alone, it's not practical to take photos alone, I'll take care of it soon.

    this made-to-measure plan gave me the satisfaction of not having to think about what I was going to eat every day, as the menus were already established, with just a few minor readjustments to my personal tastes for certain foods, while trying to keep the calories and nutritional content the same.
    I've made mistakes too (with a few "cracks" during the vacations in particular, and that's what's been the most complicated).
    my results, having started at 93kg and now being at 85kg, I'm pretty happy with myself.
    my rating will be 4 out of 5
    my personal opinion on the plan is that at the start I find it very restrictive in terms of calories but you soon get used to it and the last 2 weeks have also been quite hard with a significant drop in calories.
    back to normal since this week it's up to me to be serious

    I'm replying a little late as I didn't start the program straight away but on Thursday 08 June. Here are the results at 4 weeks. Cf photos. Weight 76.4kg.

    My diet is going +/- well, as the constraints of work are very great. I try to stick to the program as much as possible, but most meals turn into gainers due to lack of time. What's more, I'm forced to combine meals...
    But this 1st month has already enabled me to review the basics, focus on better nutrition, become aware of past mistakes, and rediscover myself (sensations, metabolism, etc.).

    And I'm not at all genetically suited to weight training (anatomy, morphology). Despite everything, I'm going to persevere and see how far I can go in terms of hypertrophy.
    The diet and muscle-building plans are top-notch!

    To sum up the situation, the program has given me back my good habits and an appreciable daily routine.

    My physical appearance has improved. I didn't lose much weight on the scale (about 4 kg), but I think I lost a lot of water.

    Today, after 1 month, I notice that at the end of the day I look more bloated (floaty) than in the morning when the difference is obvious. I drink 3.5 to 4 liters of water a day. No deviation from the diet or instructions.

    I'm training harder and harder, with more and more quality workouts.

    As mentioned in our last exchange, I'm continuing the diet until the end of September before embarking on a serious plan with support.

    First of all, thank you for this diet, as I told you it would motivate me to finally do a dry run to the end.
    As for my mistakes, I think I hadn't cut my calories enough, the food supplements weren't suitable and the lack of diversification in my diet had made my diet monotonous.
    My results are attached (PDF+photos). I have a Tanita scale which is very accurate.
    I put my 1st weighing on 14.08.2023 and today's weighing.
    As for the diet, I give you a 5/5 rating because it suits me well and the results speak for themselves,
    I'm going to look into following up with you because once I've reached my goal (12% of body fat) I want to go back to gaining my own mass.

    I wish you a happy and healthy New Year.
    My diet plan is going very well, I've lost 4 kg and I've built up my muscles, my chocolate bars are starting to show.
    Sometimes it's hard to know how to follow the diet, because when you're exercising afterwards, it's sometimes hard not to eat!
    As far as food is concerned, I follow myfinesspal every day and it works very well. Now I don't take into account the calories spent on exercise (that was the big mistake I used to make). For the moment it's a bit complicated to follow the diet, my girlfriend is ill, and so as not to catch her little flu, I'm eating a bit more. Next week I'm continuing the diet I started 1 month ago and the Pro SHREDZ collection program, which I'm going to start in week 9 to 12, and I think I now need to take the Pro SHREDZ program supplements, green tea, tyrosine, cla, glutamine, which are proposed in your Pro SHREDZ dry program.
    My mark is 4/5: because food-wise, I changed the meals a bit, because there were products I didn't like.
    I'm very pleased with your program, and I'm continuing, it encourages me to see my results in the mirror, I'll send you photos later.

    I'm really pleased with this food plan.
    At first I thought to myself: "How am I going to eat all this? I admit it was difficult at first to finish my meals.
    But gradually I got used to it and now it just goes away.
    the meal I really appreciate is breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day and the ones on the plan are really great!
    I had planned to stick to this plan for about 3 months, but in the end, I see no reason to go back to my previous diet.
    So clearly it's a 5 out of 5, without hesitation.
    So far I'm "only" 300g heavier on the scales in 3 weeks. But I prefer to gain weight slowly and qualitatively, to limit fat gain.

    Thanks again for this food plan which has reconciled me with eating.
