CONSEILS :

- Lorsque dans les séries il est indiqué par exemple : 15, 12, 10, 8 cela signifie que j’augmente la charge à chaque série et j’effectue le nombre de répétitions indiquées en allant à l’échec technique (je réalise le mouvement en utilisant une charge me permettant de réaliser le nombre de série ni plus ni moins, tout en gardant une bonne technique d’exécution sans triche).
- J’effectue une 2eme séance de dos le samedi car c’est un point faible que je dois compenser. Celle-ci met l’accent sur l’épaisseur.
