As you jump, the handle of the rope displays the number of jumps you've made, so you'll never lose count. This helps you focus on the movement and makes the time seem to pass more quickly, which is ideal when you're trying to be consistent with your training plan.
By pressing the button on the back of the jump rope display, you can also choose between three different training modes: free training (without time or repetition limit), jump countdown (with repetition limit) and time countdown (with time limit).
