Known to me thanks to YouTube, like many people I suppose, I've been able to learn a lot, especially about diet, one of my weak points... Pro Mass program started at the end of October, and we're now a week away from the end of it. I started it at 68kg, and I'm now at 73! That's an extra 5kg on the scale in just 3 months. The PRO MASS training program can be done over 4 or 5 sessions per week, depending on your availability. 

The PRO Shredz program requires 5 to 6 sessions per week, including cardio.

For each program (PRO SHREDZ + PRO MASSE), the average duration of an intense training session is approximately 1 hour to 1h30 depending on the session (if rest periods are respected!).

If you're a member of a gym, you'll have all the equipment you need, but if you're training at home, you'll need to equip yourself with a weight bench, dumbbells, bars, pull-up bar, elastics, etc. A classic home gym will do the trick (the special home gym bonus edition is just the thing). The HOME GYM edition makes it possible!

It can be combined with the Abs program to focus more on strengthening the abdominal muscles. However, it's essential to emphasize that the Mass + Dry Program is a complete program in its own right.
