My name is Julien QUAGLIERINI, I'm 42 years old and I've been an expatriate in Miami for over 12 years. As a certified sports coach for 27 years and IFBB PRO bodybuilder, I've guided thousands of people towards a physical and mental metamorphosis using techniques that have been tried and tested for over two decades.

The Classic Beast program is organized into 6 split sessions per week (including 2 thigh workouts). It is designed for experienced weight trainers.

Each training session in the Classic Beast program lasts an average of 1h15 to 1h30 if you respect the recovery times (and depending on your ability to withstand the intensity of the sessions).

The Classic Beast program ideally requires you to go to the gym for optimal work. If, however, you'd like to follow the program at home, you'll need a complete home gym consisting of at least one incline bench with barbells and dumbbells, a pull-up and dips bar as well as high and low pulleys, a squat rack and a thigh press.

The Classic Beast program should not be combined with any other program at the same time. It contains the perfect volume of training for optimal mass gain. Once again, this program is designed for bodybuilding experts.

Women generally choose the Bikini Body program first, but it's geared towards fat loss. If you're an advanced exerciser and need to go to the gym to build curves and muscle, I'd recommend the fully personalized coaching that's more suited to your needs as a woman. 

I designed the Classic Beast program for one thing: to build maximum muscle mass. That said, it's a program designed for very advanced muscle builders (over 5 years of serious training), with strategies drawn from the science of muscle growth and my own personal experience, ensuring that the intensity of each workout is high enough to create hypertrophy. Classic Beast can help even the leanest build muscle.

It's a term often invoked to set an artificial limit to what you can achieve with your physique. Most of the time, even the most experienced Bobybuilders find they're discovering another level of intensity they simply haven't been using (because it's really extremely hard!). Classic Beast gives you no choice but to train in this direction... and, in doing so, delivers results to anyone who dares to tackle it!
