I have been using TRX straps for several years with a program proposed by a body builder sports coach alternating with my home gym including a multifunctional nccapparatus, kettlebells and dumbbells (I use among other things your great 12 week Mass Collection program but adapted to my level and age - 62 years old) and other accessories, elastics and cardio (walking, cycling) mainly outdoors when the weather permits or indoor cycling (which I don't like very much).
